Anticipation has been on my mind lately. Unlike anxiety, which fears the future, anticipation welcomes it with curiosity and trust. Whether I’m navigating vocal health challenges, balancing a full personal training schedule, deepening my yoga practice, or preparing for a nearly full Costa Rica retreat, I find myself living in that space between effort and outcome. The future isn’t guaranteed, but there is joy in planning, waiting, and watching life unfold. What if the secret isn’t avoiding uncertainty, but learning to anticipate what’s possible with an open heart?
