August 8, 2026Life has felt strangely suspended lately — a holding pattern between what has been and what’s about to arrive. Since moving to Denver, change has moved through my life with astonishing speed: new gyms, new communities, new stages, new classes, new creative adventures. And yet, in the past few weeks, a quiet stagnation settled in… until I remembered anicca — the truth that everything is impermanent, always shifting. Even the stress of our unsold condo, even the joys of Meow Wolf, even the classes and spaces I’ve grown to love. Change is the constant. Awareness comes when we stop clinging and start noticing where our focus truly rests.
