David Corder

Welcome — I’m David.
Actor. Musician. Teacher. Guide.
My work lives at the intersection of story, movement, and embodied presence. I began my artistic life as a pianist and singer, and that musical foundation shaped everything that followed — my voice work, my physicality, my sense of rhythm, and my approach to character. My training at Carnegie-Mellon University deepened that foundation, giving me a rigorous education not only in acting, but in the full spectrum of theatre: voice, movement, dance, text, music, and the craft of performance as a whole.
Alongside my life in the arts, I’ve spent decades teaching personal training and yoga. My classes are open to everyone, but my specialty — and my calling — is helping men return to themselves through the practice of yoga. I guide men into strength, breath, and grounded presence, offering a space where they can reconnect with their bodies, their clarity, and their inner steadiness.
These two paths — performance and embodied practice — have always informed each other. Theatre teaches truth. Yoga teaches awareness. Training teaches discipline. Together, they shape the way I show up in my work and in my life.
