Building, Growing, and Stepping Forward

March 12, 2026 By David C

The last few months have been a season of expansion—professionally, creatively, and personally. As I continue to settle into life here in Denver, I’ve been updating my website to reflect the work I’m doing now and the direction I’m moving in. It feels good to bring everything into alignment: the teaching, the training, the yoga, the community, and the deeper purpose behind it all.

One of the biggest developments has been my work with Absolute Personal Fitness. I’ve officially joined their team as a personal trainer, and I’m loving the energy of the space. I’m now teaching Boot Camp–style HIIT classes at noon on Mondays and Wednesdays, and these sessions have quickly become a highlight of my week. There’s something powerful about watching people push through limits they didn’t know they could cross, and doing it together creates a kind of momentum that’s contagious.

At the same time, I’m still exploring opportunities to teach yoga here in Denver. Yoga remains a foundational part of my life and my teaching, and I’m excited to find the right studio or community where I can offer classes that feel grounded, accessible, and true to the practice.

Meanwhile, our Men’s Natural Yoga community continues to grow in beautiful ways. We recently held our first session in our new Colorado Springs space—and it was a resounding success. The room felt alive with presence, curiosity, and brotherhood. Every time we gather, I’m reminded why this work matters: men need spaces where they can move, breathe, and reconnect without judgment. This new location feels like the beginning of something strong.

As part of my broader wellness work, I’ve also partnered with Partner.CO, a company whose products support energy, recovery, and overall well‑being. I’ve been integrating some of their offerings into my own routine and into the programs I teach. If you’re curious about what might support your goals—whether strength, mobility, stress reduction, or general vitality—ask me. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned and what’s been working for me and my clients.

All of this—new classes, new spaces, new partnerships, and a refreshed website—feels like the next step in a journey that keeps unfolding. I’m grateful for the people walking alongside me, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to growth, movement, and the courage to keep stepping forward.
